Individual Therapy

Individual therapy - also known as one-on-one therapy, is a personalized counseling approach that focuses on addressing the unique needs and goals of each client. In a safe and confidential setting, clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Family Therapy

In family therapy, our therapists work with as many members of the family as possible to change patterns and improve communication skills with a goal of minimizing conflict and improving relationships. Using a strength-based approach, we find the positive assets a family already has in place and facilitate each family’s ability to work together to prioritize these strengths. The team provides age-appropriate therapies that guide and support children as they deal with a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental challenges.
Children's Group Therapy

Children's group therapy is a type of therapy where a small group of children, usually between 4-12 years old, meet together under the guidance of a trained therapist. This program is offered to children who receive medicaid and who qualify for more intense therapy services. Group therapy is often delivered during school breaks and after school. Case Management

Case management is a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet the health and human services needs of an individual. Case management help identifying barriers to treatment and provide support including:

Help with school needs including ARC and 504 plan

Community Support Associate (CSA)

CSA services provide supportive care to individuals with mental health conditions and/or intellectual or developmental disabilities. CSAs work in community settings, such as homes, shelters, schools, or community centers. Issues we often address include:

Emotional Support: Encouragement, empathy, and guidance.

Daily Living Skills: Assistance with tasks like meal preparation, personal care, and household management.

Medication Management: Support with medication reminders, monitoring, and education.

Crisis Intervention: De-escalation techniques and crisis planning.

Social Support: Facilitating social connections, community engagement, and leisure activities.

Advocacy: Supporting individuals in accessing resources and services.

Skill Development: Teaching life skills, coping strategies, and self-advocacy techniques.
