Jessica Blair, LPCC-S
​Jessica Blair is a dedicated counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. As the Founder and Lead Therapist of her practice, she specializes in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Jessica is also trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and is a Certified Autism Specialist, allowing her to effectively support individuals across all age groups. Whether working in an office or school-based setting, she is committed to fostering resilience and personal growth in her clients, making a positive impact on their mental well-being. Sarah Hensley
Sarah serves as a Peer Support Specialist, Targeted Case Manager, and Therapist Intern for clients in the Barren County area. She is currently a student at University of the Cumberlands pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
As a former elementary school teacher, Sarah has almost ten years of experience in the school setting. Additionally, she has experience working with families and community partners, which she uses to better understand the clients she serves. Every child is unique, so she takes the time to get to know each client on an individual level in order to provide them with a customized approach to therapy. Her relaxed atmosphere makes her clients feel at ease while they work toward overcoming obstacles and reaching their personal goals.
Upon graduation, Sarah's goal and passion is to provide school and clinic-based therapy to children and adolescents in her community. The majority of her work will be with children and adolescents who have been affected by trauma. Sarah aims to specialize in various therapeutic approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). She is committed to providing the highest level of care and support to each child she works with and helping families as they grow together.

Christy Johns
Christy is a dedicated and compassionate case manager with 20 years of experience in supporting individuals with mental and behavioral health needs. Christy is certified to work with SED children, SMI adults, SUD teens and adults as well as CCPHC individuals who suffer from co-occurring physical and mental health concerns. Christy has a proven track record of implementing personalized plans to assist meeting needs of clients, coordinating services and advocating for clients’ needs. Christy believes in a holistic approach that considers the whole person- physical, emotional, mental and spiritual - in the pursuit of wellness and self awareness. Combined with her knowledge of community resources and positive rapport with community partners she is able to help promote balance and empowerment for clients striving for optimal well being. Christy endeavors to assist clients to create positive habits and self-care, cultivate resilience and foster a growth mindset that leaves them with a sense of purpose and connection. Hali York
Hali is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) and she has over 13 years of experience in the mental health field from working in residential treatment facilities to outpatient facilities. Hali obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Western Kentucky University in 2018 and her Master of Social Work degree from Campbellsville University in 2023. Hali is currently working towards her Licensed Clinical Social Work licensure. Hali has experience working with both children (17 and under) and adults. Hali is available to treat multiple mental health disorders including Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, OCD, etc. Hali is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychosis, and Play Therapy.
Hali is passionate about providing school and clinic-based therapy and serving the youth in her community. Hali takes pride in meeting her clients where they are at and helping them throughout their therapeutic journey to enhance their overall well-being and to help improve their quality of life.
